Clinic and Radiographic Evaluation of Cemento-osseous Dysplasia: Case Series

Aim: Cemento-osseous dysplasia (COD) is usually asymptomatic and slowly progressive benign fibro-osseous lesion characterized by the replacement of normal bone with fibrous tissue. The aim this presentation to evaluate clinical radiographical findings six COD cases that were detected incidentally during radiographic examination.
 Case Report: Six female patients who four (%66) them different dental complaints two (%33) for routine control examination previously diagnosed a mean age 38 applied our clinic. It was learned did not have any systemic disorders in their medical anamnesis. There finding on extraoral examination. In intraoral examination, teeth associated lesions vital as result electric pulp test, there no other related lesion. radiography sizes radiolucent, mixed, radiopaque mandible panoramic radiographs. examined detail cone-beam computed tomography. Local thinning resorption observed buccal lingual cortical relevant region. Histopathological revealed definitively SOD patients. Based clinical, radiographic, histopathological examinations, three (%50) periapical others fluoride COD. All followed up periodically months.
 Conclusion: case series showed all clinically mixed radiography. Due insufficient vascular support area, risk infection osteomyelitis may occur. Therefore, dentists should be aware features practice follow periodically.
